Launch dates and locations are subject to change. Check back here often.
Local Launches (Mill Springs & Dawsonville) start at 11 AM and go until 4 PM in colder months, otherwise 9 AM until 2 PM.
High power launches (Milner, Taylorsville, and the GRITS field) are generally from 9 AM to 5 PM with some exceptions.

SoAR Coosa Valley Turf Farm Launch Centre, AL
SoAR’s newest High Power field at Coosa Valley Turf Farm offers a 9,000 foot AGL ceiling, and is only 2 to 2-1/2 hours from Metro Atlanta.
The launch runs 9AM to 5PM Central time.
There is a $10 charge per family for this launch.
No sparky motors are permitted at this time.

The farm is located near the Coosa river, which boasts good fishing opportunities. There are a couple places to stay nearby (untried at this writing):
